Burj Quartet Penthouse

A four-bedroom sky residence in the Burj Quartet tower, designed around a single family and three generations of guests.

The brief was a home in the air — calm enough to read in, generous enough to host in. We anchored the plan around a travertine fireplace and a long bronze table, and let the rest of the apartment fall quietly around them.

Materials were chosen for how they age — Carrara silk-honed, Japanese hinoki, hand-patinated brass — so the residence will deepen, not date.
