A 96-key hotel and 28 branded residences on the Saadiyat shoreline, conceived as one continuous house by the sea.

The arrival sequence is the building's heart: a single hand-plastered hall, lit by a long oculus, that opens to the sea on one side and to the residences on the other.

We worked with eight regional ateliers across stone, plaster, brass and weave — every surface is traceable to a maker by name.
